Holistic, Hands On Care for Mother-Baby. Mothers who are nourished and cared for wholly, feel empowered to rest in the Mother-Baby nest. I offer postpartum planning, nourishing meals, and hands on care for Mother-Baby in your home. Traditional healing modalities and traditional nourishing foods support you in nourishing your body and your baby. All services are offered in your home and include appointments prebirth, postbirth, and throughout the postpartum time.

What you can expect in your postpartum care appointments

I carry within me the ancient knowledge of caring for women in a way that nourishes their bodies and spirits so that they walk through their postpartum time feeling whole, loved, cherished, nurtured and empowered. I help you create your mother-baby nest to hold you and baby during this time. I offer hands-on support for you and baby to feel well and whole. I will prepare herbal baths for you, tend to any pains or discomfort you have, help with breastfeeding and breast care, hold space for you to be wholly yourself and share your experience. I provide witnessing, active listening, and trauma release as needed. Mother-Baby is one unit and your care is your baby’s care. I support you in building your extended support system to take care of your usual duties so that you can rest in your mother-baby nest. I offer ancient healing practices, like belly wrapping and healing touch, to support you in healing your body and returning to yourself. I offer ceremony to help bring you back to yourself after the great opening of birth. I offer personal, relational, and familial counsel. You are empowered to accept all or some of what is offered and your care is directed by you. My focus is on the mother-baby dyad and the family as a whole and thriving unit. I offer support to you in making this time easeful and warm and a time of renewal. You should walk through your postpartum time feeling cherished, renewed, whole, empowered, loved, capable, held.
